Felicia entered my room with a big smile and a wonderful attitude. I observed so many qualities in her that gives patients confidence in her care. She is not in a hurry, listened to my questions and was so patient. I received a phone call from my grandson in California and even though she needed to do something, she let me talk with him for 5 minutes. She is really tuned into her patients, represents Sentara, and shows so much compassion. She is beautiful inside and out.

Felicia has the kindest, most welcoming smiling face while taking care of my husband. I could not find my way to the elevators during the day and not only was she so kind; she walked me to the elevator. I told her she certainly did not need to; she said that is my job. The next day she introduced herself as the charge nurse as we were so happy because we knew we were safe. She checked on us often being very polite and compassionate. Felicia even walked me to my car near the Emergency Department and showed me where to pick up my husband. She is beyond kind, sincere, and lovely.
