Felicia Snell, RN

It is not too hard to describe, as Felicia very easily stands out above all other nurses. She is very welcoming and as soon as her presence is in the room, the room environment changes and turns very enjoyable which is something difficult to achieve at hospitals. She is very attentive, and kind, and with a great human touch. Definitely, she is doing/working in the right field as it is very, obvious she loves what she is doing. She adds value to this enterprise and is a real asset. In a few words, Felicia goes above and beyond at work. Also, everybody on the first floor is great, love them all. Last, thank you supervisor for letting me take care of my father and help in his healing process.
