Felicia Thompson, RM

I believe that Felicia is a Midwife who shows great Compassion in the care that she gives. She goes above and beyond for the women she looks after. The particular instance in which Felicia showed great empathy and clinical skills was when a postnatal woman was going through a mental health crisis. She was able to refer to the necessary teams and provide the woman with the care that she required in that moment of time. Felicia remained positive throughout the stressful situation and always put the woman's and baby's needs and priorities first. I was proud to be her colleague and a part of her team that day! Felicia remained professional throughout the incident and I was able to reassure her when she required it.
