Felicia Ward has gone above and beyond in caring for my dad, who's an advanced Parkinson's patient. She demonstrated complete knowledge of the disease, the typical signs and how to proceed with his care, always showing respect and consistently including him actively in discussions and always advising him on her next steps. Having multiple hospital stays due to my condition, it's very hard to come across someone in the medical field who's so dedicated and so caring with these patients. It's a very challenging task caring for a Parkinson's patient and Felicia has exceeded my expectations. She is definitely one in a million. To top it off, she's a member of our military. She's definitely someone I can say I'm proud of. She's a real gem. Congratulations to his organization, as you definitely have one of a kind in Felicia.
