Ever since I arrived in this unit, I have been provided with what I consider to be top notch care. I’ve been treated with kindness and compassion to a high degree which has really amazed me. I’m going through a very painful and difficult time in my life of health and personal nature. I’d like to take the opportunity to commend and bring to notice the care that Felino has provided. He goes out of his way it seems to ensure that my needs are attended to. From providing drinks with ice to giving me a much-needed haircut. I mentioned that I needed a haircut and within 30 minutes Felino showed up with hair clippers and provided me with a very satisfactory haircut. He always has time to engage in some brief conversation and he does so in a very polite and attentive manner. It’s a real pleasure to be cared for with the high level of care that he provides.
