Felix Doleo made my stay in the Emergency Observation Department far less frightening through his kindness, compassion, and attention to detail. He anticipated needs I didn't even know I had—from providing extra comfort items to arranging for a hospital bed when he saw how uncomfortable I was—helping me feel safe, comfortable, and cared for during an unexpected extended stay. Six months later, I still remember the exceptional care Felix provided and remain deeply grateful for the positive impact he had on my recovery.
