Originally my husband went to Kaiser in Moreno Valley, after suffering all night long, we were sent to Kaiser Riverside. There were several nurses and all were good but Felora was exceptional. It was almost as if she could read his mind. She was there right before pain or difficulty. We never had to call her. She was attentive, gentle, perceptive, and respectful and had a wonderful sense of humor. She was always smiling and not only assisted my husband but got a warm blanket and pillow for me. She is a great nurse and exemplifies professionalism, care and quality with integrity.
