Fency Arjery Cleone D. Ferido, RN

Ms. Fency has been with us for several years now. She has been nothing but caring, loving, gentle, and reassuring. We selected her as our home health care nurse, and when the Ministry of Public Health decided that my mother needed a nurse to take care of her, I insisted that it was Fency and filled in any details required. She has been taking incredible care of my mother, and this truly made me at ease, because she loves my mom, like her own. If there are any caregivers/ nurses, I don't allow anybody to train but only Fency to train the new ones who take the place of the ones that left, mainly because of how amazing she is. She has very outstanding qualities, and she is positive. Her ability to establish a comfortable environment with her patients and their families, as well as with her colleagues. She has shown professionalism and a deep sense of empathy and genuine concern for my mother's well-being. This was truly remarkable and comforting to both my mother and family. She went above and beyond her duties to ensure that my mother was comfortable and received the best possible care, and for that, I cannot put my appreciation into words.
