Ferdie is kind and patient, knows his duties very well, and is hardworking! He always asks, "Do you need something?" or "Do you need help?" with more polite words that can make a patient feel much better.

After having a toe amputated, I have been in pain, and Ferdi was always on time to give my pain medication every time. Very deserving of this award!
