Fereshteh Maynard goes above and beyond for patients. She checks their charts, transports them before and after their surgery. Makes sure that every patient has a clean bed after procedures. Cleans rooms so staff can move to the next case in another room. She takes care of all of our specimens and she picks up blood in the lab if needed. She takes ABG's if needed. She is a working charge nurse!!!
She also makes sure we have lunch or something to eat. She makes food and brings it for all of us. She includes Pre and Post-op staff along with Supply and Instrument staff.
She is extraordinary in taking care of the staff and patients. She calls other departments for the needs of our patients after surgery and makes sure all equipment is on and working for transport. There are many things that she does besides what I have mentioned in the care she gives. She is very deserving and we just love her!
