Fue una tranquilidad y una alegría en el corazón cuando Fernanda nos recibió en la habitación de hospitalizados. Mi hija llevaba muchos días con fiebre y dolor intenso, además de la angustia de verla sufrir no teníamos claridad del tratamiento, ni de los pasos a seguir.

Fernanda nos recibió con una gran sonrisa de bienvenida, no sólo le habló a mi hija con cariño, sino que nos explicó a todos el tratamiento, el diagnóstico y cómo sería el proceso que viviría en la clínica.

Inmediatamente se preocupó de que recibiera su tratamiento y desde ahí el dolor y la ansiedad de mi hija comenzaron a disminuir considerablemente.

Durante la semana completa que estuvo hospitalizada mi hija, se dio tiempo para conversar con ella, compartir una pasión común que era el amor por las mascotas.

Como madre, agradezco profundamente su labor, que claramente marcó una diferencia.

Destacó el trato respetuoso y cariñoso, además de su profesionalismo y capacidad técnica para explicarnos todo el caso y el tratamiento en forma clara.

We arrived at the clinic because we requested the transfer from another clinic at our own request.
