I am pregnant with my 3rd baby, and this is my first time at Al Zahra Hospital. I would like to appreciate my nurse, Ms. Fevie Gundayao for her powerful impact as a nurse. From the very beginning of my journey in Al Zahra, she is one exceptional nurse with strong patient care and compassion by assuring all the needs of the patient, very professional and quality nurse, from meeting and greeting her patient, introducing herself, giving quality care to her patient. It really makes me feel comfortable and able to trust her. Despite that I came during their lunchtime, she showed a lot of care and effort committed to her work. I was worried when I came to the labour room because I had incidents of contractions 4 days ago and this is not a good sign since I am only 30 weeks pregnant. But with the help of nurse Fevie, everything seemed fine and I was relieved. She is very pleasant, happy, and seems to be genuinely concerned, and enjoys being a nurse. She stayed with me all throughout the procedure. She exceeded my expectation and hopefully, through this simple way, I'd like to express my gratitude because of this wonderful experience in your facility. Keep it up Nurse Fevie! Thank you so much!
