My wife has required almost constant attention from her doctors and nurses. Fay was a calming force in the way she responded to my wife's needs. Filomena was great as she helped my wife's basic needs. She provided reassurance as she explained why she was directed to administer medication ordered by doctors. Her cheerful disposition was both welcoming and comforting. Although we were faced with an unexpected traumatic, painful diagnosis, Fay was watchful, and her careful, optimistic assurance as she tended to my wife made the experience bearable. All nurses should look to her as an example.
