Recently, a veteran wrote a letter of thanks to leadership at TVOPC stating that Fiona saved his life by realizing his vitals were concerning. She quickly got an EKG, took it to the doctor, and the veteran was transported to the hospital via ambulance. It turned out he had kidney issues. The veteran stated, "were it not for Fiona Alexander's keen perception, knowledge, and experience, the outcome was surely headed toward otherwise". Fiona made a big difference in this veteran's life!
