Fiona was nominated by a patient's adoptive family. They explained that Fiona was very supportive to both them and the birth mother throughout the entire adoption process and showed only love and encouragement to the birth mother. Because of the care Fiona showed, this family now has an open adoption and communicates with their son's birth mother regularly.
