Fiona, I just wanted to say a 'massive' thank you for all of your support throughout the duration of my stay in ward F21.
This was my first ever hospital stay in 49 years! To say how apprehensive I was, would be an understatement. My God, I was very fortunate to have you care for me for the majority of my stay. What a comfort you were to me. Your caring nature, support, and guidance helped me through some difficult times in which I had to digest some unexpected news. You have helped me in ways I could not have expected. Nothing was too much trouble to you and I believe you go above and beyond every time! You are so humble and would always say "it's my job, I am only doing my job!"
You are truly destined to care for others and that much is very obvious to those who have ever come in to contact with you, like me, we have been fortunate!
Don't ever change, a beautiful young woman, wife, mother, and daughter- you should be very proud! An absolute star, a pleasure to have met you and I cannot ever find the words to thank you!
