FL demonstrated excellent customer service. She tried so hard to use her French to speak to my aunt who did not speak English. No matter how many times we called her or asked for help, her demeanor remained cheerful and calmed. She epitomizes a servant at heart.
Nurse FL was compassionate and caring. She took the time to get to know my aunt, the patient. She used body language to communicate. She was even willing to learn a few creole words that night. She is very respectful of culture and did not make my aunt feel less than. She remained a team player throughout the 4-5 hour in the ER.
