Flor helped me understand my daughter's condition and helped me get through a very hard time for me, both physically and emotionally. She helped me see that although my daughter has special needs, she is still "normal." She taught me that it's more about the attitude and outlook we have about a situation than the situation itself, which defines how we get through it. Also what I really like about her is that she takes her time explaining something especially if I didn't understand.
