Flordeliza Dela Cruz Belimac, RN

Flordeliza is a good role model of a nurse who provides quality care to her patients. These characteristics radiate in the way she endorses the patient; she is also well-versed in the Amana policies, which she applies to the patient. She most of the works with episodic patients, and I saw the reflection of her work through her documentation; if she ever there will be a role model for being an episodic nurse, she deserves to win as well. She is very helpful to both patients and her co-nurses; she gives endorsements excellently, and she works really hard even with the hardest patients.
