Florence is truly the definition of the word "caregiver." Not just in the physical sense of giving care, like dispending meds and carding for wounds, but also in the mental and emotional sense. She takes the time to explain unfamiliar terms and procedures and find solutions to challenges in implementing orders. Like rearranging IV lines and monitors to make it easier to move around. And always with the most infectious smile or giggle. She makes me feel so comfortable in a difficult situation; she's a gem.
