Anne was a consummate professional in my caregiving. She was also compassionate. We were having trouble getting my pain under control and she never gave up. Always at my side with a smile on her face. What an angel!!! I feel that Anne went above and beyond in caring for me. I was actually a medical and surgical overflow and she cared for me all 3 days of my stay. I required extra & special care, which kept her hopping at times. Never once did she look as though she was overwhelmed or frustrated by all the extra work or attention I caused her. Never once did I have to wait more than a minute or two for her assistance when I rang my call light. When I had trouble tolerating the pain pills, she went right to work, exploring other avenues to help me in pain control. Always a smile on her face when she came in my room. Always let me know that I was not a bother to her; rather, she was dedicated to giving me 110% of her time. Above & beyond x 2!
