Florence always demonstrates compassion with her patients, families and co-workers. Today, I feel she went above and beyond when an elderly family member of a recently discharged patient came to the hospital unit because she was having a hard time understanding some information regarding her sister.

Florence took the time to sit with the family member and explained and answered the questions she had, even though the patient is no longer at our facility. This is just one example of Florence and her excellent care.
