Florence Kim has been with Hoag Hospital Irvine since the hospital planning started and was instrumental in the preparation for HHI Critical Care Unit licensing. She always goes above and beyond and maintains a positive attitude at all times. She is known for her patient advocacy and willingness to accept challenges. Florence is currently in nurse practitioner school at California State University Long Beach.
