Florence Madu made sure that every need I had was met. She was kind and knowledgeable. She spoke with my husband and daughter when they visited and helped reassure my daughter that I'd be ok. She was a fierce advocate for me and spoke with the doctor when he'd set me up for discharge and she didn't think I was ready. Florence had a gentleness that made me forget my pride and let me receive the help I needed.
