Florence Nganchie, BSN, RN, WTA-C

Upon arriving to my room I was given an introduction of who to contact during my stay. She introduced herself as Florence. Since then I have been able to buzz Ms. Florence to ask for assistance with anything from small to large. Whenever I needed to take a bath or clean linen, she was everywhere to be found. Ms. Florence would answer ALL of my concerns. I needed to have my family stay a few minutes past visitations to have paperwork completed for my job. Ms. Florence offered water and made sure I got my food and anything to keep me comfortable before leaving for the night.

Thank you Ms. Florence for being so positive, displaying professionalism, and mostly for your words of encouragement. In fact, I think you should change your name from Florence to Wonderful! Keep being you and enjoy your wonderful ways. God Bless you and your family.
