I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Nurse Florence Nganchie. She was truly excellent, skillful, and empathetic in helping me understand my partial hip replacement. Florence explained everything in simple terms, making it easy for me to grasp my treatment and recovery process. Every time she entered my room, she was cheerful and always had a smile, making me feel as though I was her only patient. Her compassion and genuine care were evident in everything she did. She took the time to listen to my concerns, and her kind words made a difficult situation much easier to handle. One moment that stood out to me was when I mentioned there was no clock in my room. Florence took the initiative to find one and have it installed, showing her attention to detail and dedication to patient comfort and needs. I am truly grateful Florence was assigned to my room. She offered exceptional care and kindness. She is an outstanding nurse, and I cannot thank her enough for making my hospital stay more manageable and reassuring.
