As a patient, my husband and I were incredibly grateful to Ms Florizel T. Guiang, RN. It was that night when my blood pressure spiked to 170/90, and I unfortunately experienced pain along with a stiff neck. Ms. Guiang responsibly went downstairs to notify the on-duty doctor promptly. She clearly and assertively explained to the doctor the current situation and the pain affecting my head. The precise information she provided to the doctor led to a more accurate assessment. Indeed, we are thankful to all the staff, including the RN, RM, and the doctors I haven’t mentioned, for their time and dedication during my fourteen (14) days at the ODW. God bless you all!
