Floyd Brian Cadwallader was so kind to me! I was brought to the BHI late at night. I was scared and didn't know what to expect. Floyd made me feel comfortable and I wasn't scared because they took the time to help me settle in. He went over all the paperwork in full detail and addressed my questions and concerns. I have a lot of medication allergies and he talked to me about his family member's allergies.
When I got to my room, I was scared and sick to my stomach. Floyd got me something to get sick in and sat with me for a while, talking and calming me down; they stayed with me until I felt better. I stayed in the unit for one full week and Brian made me feel the most comfortable and safe.
