As a nurse on 7 West, Fran helps patients gain strength which allows them to get back to their everyday lives. One day, she had a patient who was weak from chemotherapy. Fran took the time to get to know the patient and her family. The patient was so appreciative that Fran made a caring connection with her and she nominated Fran for this award.
