Fran has always made my family and myself feel comfortable and safe during every visit. Seeing her flexibility to work behind the scenes to ensure my family's needs are addressed. As well as ensure the proper educational information is given. Understanding her Latina roots and how to ensure we as her community have covered all our care gaps with immunizations and scheduling our future appointments are on the books. She doesn’t need to do more than what we have been scheduled for but she does go above and beyond for her patients.

I had the pleasure to work with Fran for several years. In which she showed that type of excellence to her colleagues. Ensured we felt safe when we dealt with a complicated patient. Mediated between co-workers when there was a misunderstanding. She provided me with a safe space when I was feeling ill during work hours. She made me feel safe when I was dealing with a bullying situation at work. She gave me the courage to find my peace and a healthier self. She is an amazing nurse who is extremely selfless.
