Francelise Bruno, RN

Ms. Francelise has been such a spiritual god-send to my husband. From the first time they met, she shared her story with my husband about being married for 30 years. He felt an instant connection with her. M talks a lot and she listens with empathy and a caring attitude. When my husband ask questions and repeated himself several times, Francelise listened and would explain the scenario again with out complaints. She has patience of a saint. The day of M's procedure Francelise was not his nurse, however, she made an effort to approach him and give him a tap on his shoulder giving him encouragement to stay strong for the procedure.

We/M have had a lot of nurses over the last 3 years; Ms. Francelise is the one that we will never forget. I thank you, Ms. Francelise, for taking such good care of my husband. In closing, our encounter was very brief she will be in out thought and prayers. M truly believes you have an angel on your staff.
