Frances is an exceptional nurse! She always goes above and beyond for her patients in all aspects. She was caring for a gentleman who lived over 4hrs away. His family came down to stay with him and didn't have a way to wash their clothes, eat, etc. Frances took the patient's and his family's clothes home with her to wash them, and even supplied clean/new under-garments. She also followed up to make sure they had food provided/available and even brought in an air mattress for the family to sleep on during their lengthy stay. She truly was a blessing to this family!
