Frances went above and beyond to assist me in my position. Within a couple weeks of starting in this position my father died unexpectedly and she allowed me the time I needed, which really helped relieve some of the stress I was feeling at that time. Then I had a heart attack here at work and she once again was there for me not only as a colleague, but a friend. She is really keeping the Unit going and she has such a positive outlook. She deserves to be recognized for all she does not just for the staff under her but for the facility itself.
