Fran is an incredibly hard worker, she is compassionate and intelligent. Every day she shows up early with a smile on her face and goes out of her way to insure great patient care. Fran cleans every room and is constantly aware of all patients in our department including those in the waiting room. In a nutshell Fran deserves this award for being a hard-working and caring individual that goes on to exceed expectations every day. I can honestly say that if I were one of our patients I would like Fran to be my nurse.
