A Patient delivered an IUFD at home and was transported to the hospital. The Patient called requesting the memory box along with foot prints of the infant. The Patient did not initially go to Labor and Delivery, however, Charge Nurse Frances took the time out of a very busy day to personally create the memory box. She went above and beyond to help a Patient that was not on her unit find closure.
