Fran is always a professional, kind, caring, compassionate, and supportive midwife to not only the birthing people & their partners she cares for but her colleagues too. The support she gave me whilst working on a twilight Monday was amazing, completing SBRs, baby observations, and discharging patients.

She was amazing & she helped me so much. I don’t think we give Fran the credit she’s due hence this nomination, I think she’s amazing & a very valued member of our team.
