My 81-year-old mother had a mini cabbage and was one of those patients that was slow to recover. Frances kept a close eye on everything that was going on with her. She kept me informed of what was going on with her and even stayed late to make sure her bleeding was tapering off and to give a smooth transition to the next nurse.
