My six-year-old daughter was extremely ill. She had a fever for a week at that point, and we went to the ER because her temperature was 105.2 degrees at home. Franny was so kind and helpful. My daughter has never had to get an IV, have blood tests, or anything of that nature, and the nurse helping her was so kind and gentle. Not only was she kind and gentle, but she was very prompt to answer my questions and make sure all the testing was done efficiently so that we could leave and rest, as it was the middle of the night.

The whole day after we were discharged, my daughter was amazed by how kind her nurse was, how well she took care of her, and was actually “happy” she got to go to the hospital to be taken care of. If a 6-year-old is happy after being poked to get an IV, then I think someone is doing something right! Franny was so sweet and made the visit to the ER something that my daughter will always talk about, even though we were there under the bad circumstance of illness. Thank you, Franny!

Thank you, Frances, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
