Frances, I want to thank you so much for the wonderful care you gave me last spring while I was being treated for post-op sepsis.
From something simple as giving me graham crackers and juice to making all those phone calls to doctors, nurses, my insurance company and even calling me at home to encourage me to come in for my medicines when I didn't feel like it. You and the pharmacist arranged for me to take a medicine at home which gave me some needed rest!
You were really dedicated to your job and to me and I'll always be grateful. You were also cheerful and kind to my family and friends who brought me to you every day.
