Frances Thornton, RN

My daughter had a total hip replacement. Frances was so helpful in EVERY way in her role as our surgical nurse. We had concerns and questions and she was so kind in getting answers and solutions to every one of them. Frances was considerate, genuinely and totally knowledgeable in helping us get through a pretty dramatic day for our family. She definitely deserves to be recognized for her skills, kind bedside manner to her patients and overall total ways she made our experience that day so comfortable.
