Frances Ward has exemplified leadership and teamwork. She is always eager to assist without question, and offers confident guidance when needed, and even to our seasoned nurses. Under intense pressure she offers a calming presence and understanding of the situation to resolve issues quickly. She truly takes time to ensure patient understanding of their needs, and offers clear and compassionate explanations. She anticipates her patient’s needs well, and is proactive with her nursing actions, which results in uncompromised care. She is very personable and is well liked among the Sinai staff, and her patients love her. She is always smiling and offers a breath of fresh air to all she encounters.
