Frances Zarella embodies the “caring” aspect of nursing. Her gentle mannerisms and listening skills are some of her attributes that are evident in the care of our veteran patients. She is dynamic and compassionate as well and energetic and resourceful to patients and staff. Her enthusiasm is evident and her encouragement reaches everyone who interacts with her.
