Francesca advocated for the patient when the patient felt uncomfortable speaking up about their pronouns. Francesca demonstrated compassion and helped to preserve the patient's dignity by advocating for the patient in this way. The patient said that she felt helpless when she was not being addressed in a way that was appropriate. Francesca overall advocates and genuinely cares for all of her patients, no matter their background. She consistently provides excellent care and is a great part of our team.
