Francesca was present and involved in my wound care/cleaning. She held my hand and comforted me when I was in complete distress from pain. She made me feel calm and spoke to me throughout the cleaning in a calm voice. She worked very well with the wound nurse to assure my comfort. I really appreciate her comforting technique! Especially want to thank all the nurses/staff whom helped as well, they all have great bedside manners and are exceptional nurses in all that they did for me. I appreciate beyond words the care given to me at Seton Southwest Hospital.
