I have been in and out of 5 East several times over the last 10 years. The last couple of years, Francesca has been there as a constant support figure. She has shown me kindness when I was unable to show myself any. She has a well-deserved reputation for laying down the law in a righteous sort of way. I am writing to recognize the compassion she has shown while I was at my lowest points.
