To begin, I want to share that my first C-section experience, prior to my second pregnancy, was extremely difficult. It took place at a different hospital, and the ordeal left me deeply apprehensive about going through it again. Recognizing my concerns, my husband and I decided to change hospitals for my second pregnancy. From the outset, we felt more at ease. When the time came for delivery, I opened up to a nurse about my previous experience. Her response was extraordinary—she went above and beyond to rebuild my trust in medical professionals. Her care, kindness, and compassion were truly exceptional. She turned what could have been a fearful experience into one of the most positive and supportive moments of my life.

Three years later, I am still in touch with her, and her unwavering support continues to amaze me. Just two days ago, after I shared how exhausted I felt from balancing work and caring for two children, she reached out to encourage me, reminding me of my strength as a mother. I deeply appreciate everything she has done for me, and I want her to know how much her kindness and support have meant. Thanks to her, I no longer fear seeking medical attention when needed because I know compassionate professionals like her exist.
