Francesca Spedding, RN

I was scheduled for lens exchange for my left eye. I was very nervous. I checked in and Francesca Spedding was my assigned nurse. From the minute I met her she was amazing. She put me at ease, we talked like we knew each other for years. She explained the procedure and what to expect thoroughly and just kept me engaged the whole time. She truly is a testament to great nursing abilities including compassion and real heartfelt care for my well being. I felt very safe and part of the whole process. I want to say thank you to Francesca for exhibiting nursing qualities that were natural to her and so sincere.
