A patient's wife wanted to thank Francina for the compassionate service she provided while her husband was making his exit from this world. She explained tearfully that her husband loved music and she went home to take a nap the day of his passing and when she returned it was too late. She states that she could not believe that Francina was so kind and compassionate and knew that her husband loved music and before he passed she played for him his favorite song. She states she did everything she wanted to do and although she was sad she was not there, she was grateful that Francina took up the mantle.
