I cannot say enough good things about my nurse, Fran. I had a rough first night on S1. She came into the room the next morning and there was a complete difference in the way I was cared for. Fran is the type of nurse you dream of having. Her bedside manner was what really made the difference. She was the ultimate professional. I hope there is some way Fran can be recognized for how truly amazing a nurse she is!
