Francis Craver took care of my mom for two ER visits. The first was when she came in because she had fallen. My mom was in a lot of pain and the nurse did everything necessary to help in all situations of her care. It was very hard to draw blood or start an IV. Fran helped my mom relax by talking to her so she could feel safe. Fran assured her she would do her best to get IV started on one try. You see it had been tried before and with no success, but Fran came in and did it on the first try. Her showing as much compassion, empathy, and kindness to her made me and my daughter trust her completely. She was very professional but she had her nurse way of making you very comfortable with her. She’s more than qualified for this award because she has all the attributes for being a wonderful nurse and more. She wasn’t feeling good that day, but she stayed to make sure my mom received everything she needed. I truly appreciated her care and concern for my mom.  

Her second visit to the ER was a little more than a week later. Fran saw my mom’s name on the new patient list and decided to take my mom as her patient because she had her before and she knew her medical condition. I was so excited Fran was my mom’s nurse because of our first experience was one I will never forget. Fran is kind, funny, caring, extraordinary, respectful, professional, and much more!
